I was a little skeptical when i ordered this as to what the quality would be like but i was pleasantly surprised
I also exchanged emails with the rice way and they provided with excellent customer service
Though you would almost certainly have to be a fool to believe that in the first place upon simply looking at the product

The only issue i had was the hole wasnt popped out on the spout on mine and when i did pop it out i managed to split the hole a bit bigger than it should be

A few cons would be that the silicone never looks completely clean because of water marks and smudges and as i now tend to fill my tea up to a standard inch before the rim everything from this line down has permanently coloured darker than its original creambeige

Firstly i have to say that it most definitely does not insulate nor keep the temperature of your drink as it states it does in the description
