    I had never replaced a phone screen before but this was easy and straightforward.

    Only downsides are the kit comes with tape instead of glue, and the new glass doesn't say samsung on it.

    Note: the wire they include to remove the screen is mostly useless.

    Mine kept splitting and didn't really separate the glass from the rest of the phone.

    I ended up using the plastic blue picks a lot to help work off the screen.
