    If i had to say one thing the directions could include the need to take the little plastic cover off of the end of the cables metal tip it wasnt obvious to do so

    My suggestion is to put a label on the product package telling the user before attempting installation of any new optical cable please carefully remove the small clear plastic connector cover beads on each end
