L’application alexa est bien conçu. Le son est riche and la basse est bonne. Les applications musicales fonctionnent bien.

Tried to contact customer service with no succes through the phone service. Only offered a refurbished one. Refused to refund. Close to loving this product but find it very frustrating.

Alexa has great potential but at this point would not of purchase three if i knew what i know now. Alexa n’est vraiment pas au point. Just buy a nice bluetooth speaker and save yourself time/money/frustration.
