One item to note if the micro usb hole on your phone is already loose due to age and use cables you plug into your phone wiggle and sometimes dont make good contact ie you have to jiggle the cord to make it start charging this may not be a good product for you

It does seem that the charging port is a very weak point in the design

Very good holds the connection the only thing i will tell anyone is if you need two or more make sure you buy it together as other manufactures have the negative and positive that do not match and it will not be compatible with others

The contacts are recessed behind a lip on the cable part which is the part with the magnets so you can totally stick the cables to any random old thing when they arent connected to the device without shorting the pins
