My only bugbear is the connectors on the charging cable usb one end and the other connects to the earphone which come loose very quickly and therefore do not work

I use it enough to talk on the phone while i do things it fits in the ear and it does not fall with the movement that was what i feared

The sound quality is excellent and when i accidently put it in chinese language mode by mistake i emailled ecandy and they replied within the day telling me how to change it to english

It was just a case of pressing the button for 3 seconds but i wouldnt of worked that out

The sound is perfectly adequate and the onoff switch easy to use once you have got the hang of the touchfeelpress to use it whilst still leaving it in your ear easier still if you take it out first but then you wont hear the warning voice that tells you it is on or off
