Hi actually got this for my brother who is a pastor and i bought him a new shirt online i didnt know it would make you feel like because now he thinks hes got to lose weight because the shirt was a slim fit and it was just a little tight on him so i told him i would help him out and get him something good to start his diet off with so i decided to go with this product as ive heard from several people that it is a good product to start with he absolutely loves everything that its doing for him he says that he feels great it feels energized all the time and he absolutely loves the change that he said that he said he would definitely recommend this for anyone theres no crash and burn at the end of the day every day takes it and said hes up and going all day long everyday but theres no fiery burn at the end so this is definitely the product to have i would definitely recommend this to anyone it is a great solid product pre workouts are always tricky for me especially if they are in pill form
