Pros

The clean out zipper on the scabbard is a very nice touch. I'm in the us army infantry and have used this pack the last 8 years in both iraq and afghanistan.

The scarab is a well built & thoughtfully designed pack. I only mention it because it is my longest and heaviest.

Very good rucksack, robust and durable. It is over built for hard use and has some of the best ergonomics of anything i have ever tried on or used.

The bag hugs you. Went from a drag bag to this. The bag also seems to have come at the right adjustment to the back. Choosing this product was due to searching for a personal bug-out bag.

This would be nice but it does compressput pressure some of the components in the top portion of the pack including the soft sunglasses compartment and makes the webbing at the underside of the pack difficult to use
