Quality
Material quality is second to none, and the bag takes the desert heat really well with no warping or melting of the zippers.
Other then that i am pretty happy with the quality and design.
Traveled weekly for years with the bag.
Swiss makes good stuff but it still looks like a camping bag not something that blends in with the office or school setting.

I had to laugh at the reviewer from the uk who gave the bag 1 star then up it to 3 stars because it wasn't water-proof.

I haven't had any major issues with the zippers, but i could see if you have a job were you travel to a lot of locations on a daily basis and have to open the zippers a lot, you might possibly have some issues popup.

Only difference i see between the faulty one and new one i got is that the faulty one had a yellow sticker on the tag.

If you're looking to carry extra clothes, computer accessories, lunch, etc in it, i'd suggest you look elsewhere.
