It has to be installed in a clear area if you hide behind metal surface the waves do not work

Works great just the programming of the remote was challenging alarm it went off while riding untill i figured how do disarm the autorealarm feature

You will need extra 20gauge wire to extend the power and ground to reach battery though used the wires for the lights ripped them out of the harness and butted with power and ground for longer wire

The reason they mention this is to cover up for the low quality of this product

By stating this they can claim that you dont know what you are doing and if you were a technician you wouldnt have any problems installing this
