The charger looks good and functions properly. It stays consistent regardless of the time between charges. Rugged design and works the same years later. Very satisfied with this product.

They're great for bringing to conventions to charge phones, tablets, cameras, etc. They last several full phone charges per charge of the battery bank before needing to be switched.

It is quite a bit heavier that i thought it would be. It’s a bit heavy but it holds a lot of charge! Makes the battery charge faster.

When you first connect it, there is a charge, but after a brief time the charger turns off. Works a few times, then stops.

When plugging in device, i have to change ports to find one that works. Takes forever to charge it or anything u plug into it.

This entire pack is one of the worst battery packs i’ve ever had this misfortune of purchasing. The ports are ridiculous. Overall just a bad experience.
