Pros
This helps my 94 year old grandmother get up off the couch. It feels so sturdy when i do this. They run parallel to the front of the sofa, and i would prefer they were perpendicular to the sofa.
It's great with the multiple levels to help up. Concept is good. Very useful.
Cons
Instructions show 3 holes for attaching legs, but they do not line up with stand. The others had been machined so sloppily that the threads were chewed up. The little wrench provided is a joke.

This product while sturdy doesnt help you pull yourself up off of a sofa

This is good for someone with weak knees and legs but not for those with weak hands and arms because they cant hold on firmly enough to support themselves when trying to stand

The friend i bought it for cannot use it and needs an electric lifter or chair that electrically lifts up

Luckily i have a reacher with a magnetic end to find the nuts and screws that fall off way more than anything should

At first i was frustrated with it bc i kept pulling it towards myself and it would tip and be useless
