Pros & Cons
Pros
Purchased these for decor. I ordered these wooden eggs to place in my chickens nesting boxes. They are durable and withstand falling, pecking, scratching, etc.
Cons
The product specifically says “for dyeing. These are coated with a non-pourous lacquer and cannot be dyed. Some were already dyed. Dye rolls right off.
All the eggs were scratched or marred. Will have to make due with the smaller eggs due to time constraints. There's also no business or product information that came with the eggs at all, they're just in a plastic mesh.
Highlights
Quality
These are nice and smooth and well made
Very pleased with how well they are made
Since they are made of wood they are durable and withstand falling pecking scratching etc
I can’t hardly tell which are fake and which are real
Price
I might be buying more the price is too good
Packaging/appearance
Looks like real eggsnice decor for a bowl love it
By placing these on their laying box it taught them where to lay eggs as well as not to eat them nor crack them
All shaped well i am anxious to try acrylic paint on themhowever the box contained 2 bags of eggs one bag had 9 the other bag had 7
They look so real that we had to mark them on the ends as my husband kept bringing them inside with the real eggs
