A little more elastic maybe so working out in them might be annoying with the shorts riding up

On the downside there is a decorative seam toward the waist that hits above the middle of my tummy bulge which shows through thinner shirts and isn’t so flattering

While the shorts accommodate my thick thighs comfortably i find that the inner thigh seams irritate my skin with a day’s movement because unlike higher end products the seams are not flat

My only concern is the shorts fabric is a little thin and loose on the legs which may not work well holding tennis balls
