It’s very adjustable and comfortable. Just have to make sure the table doesn’t slide away as you massage intensely. Suggest covering cushion with doubled pillowcase for extra comfort.

It has excellent build quality/comfort and was worth every penny! Was well constructed and easy to assemble. The looking forward mirror that was suggested was fantastic.

Cons

Second knob that just broke off during assembly. It is unbelievable that incorporating memory foam into creating the face cradle isn't in the thinking of the designers.
