This goes on top of the car on my thule carrier with camping gear. The buckles and strap are strong enough to hold this weight. First time tightening it.
Great value. Very happy with my purchase. Their cooler is amazing too. They are amazing. Super happy with them.
We take these with us kayak camping in eugene oregon on the willamette and mckenzie river and they work so well. It's loaded right now for a 2 day kayak trip hammock (2), underquilt, bug net, 12'x10' tarp.
Cons
The strap that keeps the bag secure and waterproof is torn off. The buckles are cheap plastic, and one broke the first time i synched down the strap. This one goes in the trash because it's useless if i can't carry the bag and it's no longer waterproo... Read More
Totally unimpressed. My gear was soaked the whole trip. It’s not tan, not even close, the color is a disgusting mustard.
