The volume control for ios and android dont actually change the volume on your device it just has a slider that has about 4 levels of volume that control the earphones volume instead

These earbud are very good for their price and seem very high quality i showed a friend of mine the earbuds hes a very techy person and even his first reaction was wow those are nice earbuds save a few small things these earbuds were perfect for me
