Assuming you're trying to wash out your ears by yourself, this is definitely better than trying to hold up a cup to catch ear wax water and hold the spray bottle while using it at the same time, with this you just turn it on, hold up the little cup to your ear, and hold the machine while it does the work, so it's very easy to use in that manner.  Read Less
