I have seen other fullsize pillows with a hole in the middle that look like a much better option but in the description it states that it is not for use for ear or eye painissues so there must be a reason why the pillow needs to be so tiny

I tried not sleeping on my left side but that’s the side i sleep on so that didn’t work
