Although i initially had a problem with it not working the customer service team were exceptionally helpful in resolving my problem first with advice and secondly with sending out a replacement product which appears to be working well

I think others experienced this but after a couple of weeks the device became useless as it told me i couldnt copy any files onto it as it was read only

I havent yet tried out the gadget that fits into the usb to connect directly to my phone
