I’ve a high bridge and these work great with the little attachments
This shoe expander with the add on spots helped immensely and now i love the shoes
However even with good quality shoes your stretch will stay at least for a day
I was a little concerned with the plastic

Price wise even if you have one pair of moderately priced shoes it’s worth it

I liked it but you have to wet the item before you insert the stretcher otherwise it will go back yo its original size
