It was a struggle at first but the drum and toner unit did successfully installed and is printing pages without streaks or blurred text

After some fooling around i reinstalled the drum and held down on the go button which finally got rid of the toner alarm

I use a lot of ink for my printer as it gets older the drum had started to leak ink onto the paper ordered new drum and refills many times ink still leaked it was getting to where it would be less expensive to buy a new printer

Drum unit works great had just replaced the toner when the drum went bad

Ordered for our office because the brand name cartridges and drums for our brother machine are just ridiculous

After the first page the of the front of each page has about a half inch band of gray toner with no apparent way to fix it

But if it were a problem i would install brother drumtoner would probably find that it is indeed the printer but the printer is out of warranty and repair would cost more than a new printer some things never change
