I had been using an older model but decided to go for a later version and was very satisfied
I always use it with the max mode on as without it its pretty useless
The battery kept getting slightly disconnected during use with the first one i received after about 12 months of use
Excellent product highly recommend very good suction the usual very high standard of the dysons

The only criticisms are that it is right at the top of what you might expect to pay for something like this and it has no led lights on it to illuminate your hoovering area

Great hoover but when it runs low on charge it just stops

It uses a lithium battery with a safety shut off to protect the battery from over draining this is why when the battery is low it just turns off

I have just done all the edges upstairs in a threebed terrace inc a quick once over of the stairs having used all of the attachments on them the first day i got it and some of the downstairs edges and awkward corners and it still hasnt run out of charge

While i can see some people wouldnt like the trigger it does mean the limited power is being directed where its needed and therefore does last longer in terms of area covered

The dc34 changed this as it delivers the goods on power however it does have its flaws
