I made a paper template using a long strip of parchment paper the straight edge being a guide for the bottom edge of each round mounting ends taped to wall with painters tape used my level adjusted marked the center of each end

The instructions are clear for a single wall bracket but when you need to install the towel bar and toilet paper holder the instructions could be better
