The only reason i gave this unit a 4 is due to the fact it’s not a dynaflex ball it’s a copy and a exact copy at that
I have a actual dynaflex ball and most could not tell the difference

I was extremely skeptical about buying this because the plastic version has this problem where after a couple months it gets extremely noisy and inefficient

I did my research and it turns out that this version was precisely engineered to be maintained every time the plastic ring wears out and you can buy the replacement rings off of the website written on the bottom of the metal case that the ball was packaged in

It also comes with a 10 year warranty provided the device is handled in an appropriate way and instructions on how to take care of this ball for all of you who complain about this device wearing down and degrading over time pg 22 of the instruction manual describes how the device is joined by a metric thread and that replacement rings are sold separately
