Pros

One scoop (1/2 cup) in 8 oz of whole milk makes a shake of about 400 calories and 18 gm protein. Add a cup of walnuts to add another 500 calories and 12g of protein. But even with that,dymatize is kind to my body. It adds about 150 cal.

This one digests as smooth as it mixes. This one is more affordable than most.

Cons

The drink is super gritty and clumpy- diluting it does help a lot though. Tasted more like banana than chocolate. Plus it leaves a bad aftertaste.

The nutritional info on this product is misleading.

It’s not realistic and is very deceptive marketing. It honestly kind of looks like cardboard pieces. Please do the research on the ingredients.
