Xylitol enhances the flavor of what is being sweetened. It sweetens without the aftertaste. Reasonably priced also.
Instead of granules like sugar-it’s almost flakey. Great for controlling blood sugar or preventing tooth cavities. It's also a great humectant for the skin to increase hydration. Good for your teeth and gums.

The grains aren’t as sugar anymore it was more like they were “fluffier” for lack of a better word

Though we aren’t diabetic xylitol is not supposed to raise blood sugar so i use in my baking for guests
