If you want to think of this way you get what you pay for and what youre paying for with this unit is some relief during times when the sun is beating down on your roof and causing thermal heat buildup in the attic
The unit does not come with any predrilled holes so be prepared to either purchase selfdrilling screws or predrill the holes yourself before you make the journey up on your roof
