Its a good accessory that i feel should have been incorporated into the design of the camera

It fits into the hot shoe on the top of the camera and doesnt allow the shoe to be used with the grip in place

Though not specifically advertised as being compatible with the xe2s the xe2 and xe2s share the same body so this will work on both cameras

While subtle it makes the camera much more comfortable to hold it also dramatically reduces the likelihood that you unintentionally move the exposure compensation dial on the rightside of the camera
