Price
I drop one star as the price is very high
It apparently costs 6p an hour to use from an electricity cost perspective which is good
Packaging/appearance
The quote on the packaging is 6p and hour
Competitiveness
It has really helped with staying better in top our familys washing needs which seem to grow every year
