It came in a small box padded inside with foam within an amazon bubble mailer envelope but the box wasnt taped closed so the drum dial was able to be knocked around inside the envelope

It seems to still be functional but its pretty dinged up and theres one loose piece inside the envelope that i cant figure out the origins of it looks like it mightve been knocked off the drum dial somewhere

The item arrived in the mail and within 1 hour my 14 yamaha steel snare drum was tuned and sounding the best it has ever sounded

If you change a head or need to alter intervals for a specific playing situation the drum dial allows you to get almost there in a minute or two
