No after taste or lumps super clean and fresh tasting
I use it in a keto ice cream and keto pancake recipe but blend it in everything from smoothies for the kids to a keto whipped pumpkin pie filling type dessert pudding
The flavors are great i only mix the powder with 1cup of coconut water ill even change it up and mix 2 flavors together
