The drills are well laid out and easy to understand. Great amount of drills with pictures and a description. I love the way they showcase the drills with frame by frame photos, which i have never seen before in a book.

Drill to win will be * my * all year. Many of thses are simple drills that will refine your game. An incredible book gaining the reader insight to world champion techniques and drills.

After a few pages of introduction it gets right into the nitty gritty of diet and training drills. The diet plan looks solid and there are is plethora of solo drills and partner drills. Now the meat and potato's.
