Pros

The taste and texture are very good indeed. Not too many reviews here, but there are for the smaller packages from same vendor. It tastes better with the overall combination of veg.

Cons

Tossed the entire unopened bag into the compost. This bag was infested with tiny insects & their dead bodies. Worst of all, it was so wildly overpriced to take advantage it seems.
