It’s not itchy and adds great * to my dress. I love that the fluffiness doesn't begin at the waist.

That's kind of a no-brainer the moment you feel it. Held up over traveling and being stuffed into a suitcase and folded.

It's not too bulky, adds just the right amount of swoosh. It is not real full but poofs out the skirt just enough. It has a bit of stretch and the netting is 2 layers.

Cons

The fabric at the top is looser than what is on the bottom. The resulting garment is a mess of wildly wavy and uneven layers that must be kept hidden under your dress or skirt, rather than having a cute peek-a-boo effect.
