The unit performs as it should but it is a little difficult to reach behind the large shower head to get to the directional valve that sends the water to the hand sprayer

The plastic is pretty resilient with the hose wand having survived a few shower wand drops and the shower wand having swung into the walls without so much as a scratch

Product is good except for the hand held onoff switch is difficult to move when hands are wet

Not quite as easy to change from showerhead to the handheld

But be sure to follow the directions on the little pamphlet that comes with it or you will be doing the installation more than once
