The mattress pictured is not what i received. It's really nothing like the picture because it doesn't fully inflate. Most of the complaints about this mattress are related to the foam not inflating fully, or receiving a defective product.

No refund or replace item is available unless you send the mattress back. Returning seems pointless because it would cost so much to ship. My recommendation is to by the brentwood mattress if amazon will ship to your address.

Awful product. No way this is what they advertise. Would not recommend to buy this product. try dreamfoam's other mattresses, but work directly with them.

Very disappointed. This is obviously unrealistic.
