It's so comfy! I have lower back problems sciatica and this bed definitely helps with it! I am a side sleeper, and my shoulders and neck hurt almost every morning. This is a great mattress, i love it so much.

Vm express has really good customer service. Excellent response, very timely. This company deserves a great review.

Shipping was super fast especially during the christmas rush

I cant even say anything bad about vm express other than someone on the shipping floor is not good at reading order numbers

Very prompt shipping but they do have some incompetence in their warehouse

Unboxing was a snap and unpacking it from the plastic was quick and easy

Be sure to move it into position however before you cutpull off the vacuum wrapper
