Pros

Non stick, heat resistant, and easy to clean. Bought for my daughter too. They are a bit pricier but they are well made and last much longer. It cleans up nicely and i like the way it rests on it's own little elbows!

The silicone ends are perfect for holding onto meats and vegetables. They are easy to use on an induction cooktop. This shorter tong is great for cooking chicken.

Cons

These tongs are worse than useless. They are a hindrance. Save yourself the trouble and stick with the metal scalloped tongs, and just be careful when using with nonstick.
