It’s supportive, but gives just the right amount of softness and support. It cradles my body without being too soft. The edge support is great, feels squishy but it's strong.

The mattress offers the right level of firmness where it matters, without being excessively firm all around. I wish this manufacturer made an even firmer mattress, but, its much better than what i had.

The pillow top is a bit like sleeping on cobblestone. My husband finds it too soft, but he sleeps like the dead anyway so he doesn't count. I'm not sure if it was my new bedsheets but i'm sure the mattress did something.

It's too firm for a side-sleeper. It's sloped and lopsided. It offers less support, less comfort and probably less longevity.

Dreamcloud gave zero satisfaction, this is a non-refundable service. Received defective parts upon delivery. Poorly wrapped for shipping.

It is now thursday, 9/22 and it has only inflated to 12 inches. The packaging is the real issue, the boxes are just not sturdy enough to hold such a large item. It is extremely faint.
