Pros

Like most military folks, i have sleeping issues, both getting to sleep and staying asleep. This works great for me.

Gaba, melatonin and pomegranate are the main ingredients in dream water. Make sure you use the right ingredient when mixing with other medications.

Sleep apnea and insomnia are common causes of sleeplessness. Some people also get seasick sailing on rough seas.

Cons

If you want something that works try melatonin or the neuro sleep drink. My headache is so bad right now it goes down into my neck and back. Back to unisom gels -at least get 4 hrs with them.
