Pros
Used these for a soaker hose system in the garden. A long pvc tube with tees for each row of plants. Easy to connect one end of this valve to the pvc, and the other to the soakers. On/off lever is good.
Worked like a charm. Ordered another a couple of days later. Have four more added to my current cart (lol). Btw, i like the plastic construction because it won't corrode with aluminum which a lot of stuff is made with.

The valve is well designed and lighter in weight
Have several that are several months old and still work very well no leaks handle still operates smoothly
So called brass model made in china broke in less than a year
And completely shut off when we dontreviews for other plastic valves showed a tendency to leak or crack completely
Price
Great valve for the value and money
This one is worth the money along with the dramm heavy duty brass and one touch valves
But for the price just get another
Going to brass was significantly more expensive
Competitiveness
It is better than the knock off brass from no name companies like twinkle star or mingle something

I previously had purchased a brass shut off valve from home depot which leaked and was absolute junk

Note that the shutoff lever is longer that the body of the valve

It’s a decent shut off valve and affordable compared to others but the ball valve is not as open as the dramm brass or one touch models

Most hose valves that i’ve purchased have a small lever to turn on or shut off the water flow
