For several days (before writing this review) I was experiencing a pain on the left side of my back, mid-to-upper scapula area. A dull yet in a way, too, stabbing pain that was quite uncomfortable, somewhat limiting, and sometimes intense. I'd ordered the backbridge the night before the pain started, so that itself is a miracle. Anyway, once the pain began, I tried many things: thinking it would go away; stretching arms from one side to the other; headstand; thingy that you can press against pressure points on neck or back; rolling my back against a foam roller; rolling a foam roller against my IT bands; ignoring the pain; and trying, over & over, to decide whether, on a Saturday, to call the excellent Bowen practitioner who has rescued me in past years & request a session asap. Plus this is 8-2020, so, having an appt. involved other considerations. To my surprise, the backbridge arrived this afternoon (I'd thought it wasn't due for delivery for 2 more days). And so I rested my back on it according to the instructions. 2 minutes-ish. I had housework to do, especially vacuuming. So I proceeded with that. About 3/4 of the way into a lot of vacuuming, I suddenly realized that that pain was gone. Gone. I feel some soreness in my neck (possibly attributable to the other things I tried), but the pain is gone.  Read Less
