This product is gentle and works superbly. It really works and has brought normalcy back into my life. It is dependable and works for me every time.

Start with one capsule of herbal and 2 colace, or generic colace. I occasionally take 6-8 if i have dairy during the day - that seems to be my most obvious problem.
