Pros

The ultra thin insoles are perfect. It adds almost no bulk in the toe area so it solved the issue of the unbearable rubbing of the outer edge of my foot just below the pinkie toe against the shoe.

Kudos dr. Dr. It is thin and fits perfectly in my air max 90s. Nice to have a purchasing option where all sizes available with fast, efficient shipping.

Cons

Don't buy. They help the tiniest bit but offer almost no support at all. No support whatsoever. Sadly, and no surprise.
