In the kit you geta set of gel heel cups these work for the average sized foot they did not work on hubby who has a slightly chubbier foot

The clear heel cups are not for small feet wont fit in my size 5 shoes and only just fit in one pair of my daughters size 7 tall boots but not in her size 7 midcalf boots
