Pros

This pillow is outstanding. These are the closest i’ve found in a long time.

These are soft enough that my neck doesn't lock up. We travel a bit and stay at marriott hotels and these new pillows remind us of the amazingly comfortable pillows the marriott chain has.

Soft but firm enough to provide support. Your head sinks in to a cloud but a firm one. I love a soft pillow, but one that also supports rather than flattens. Only issue is the filler has a crunchy sound.

Cons

Not enough filler pillow is very flat. Mold is inside the air sealed packaging.

Pillows sag under their own weight. After fluffing, or “clapping” as the instructions said, we wake up in the middle of the night with our heads sunken in touching the mattress.
