The foot rest is unusable. The lumbar support massage function has a short power cord that only attaches on one side. This gamer-oriented product seems not to have considered feminine body types.

Quality
The build quality feels solid the padding is comfortable and the lumbar and kneck rest pillows are the icing on the cake
Only gripe i have is with the rocking function i wish it was a little looser to allow for more movement
Price
Overall 45for the price 55 most likely wont find a better chair for this price if you are over 250 pounds
Competitiveness
First off i am 63 about 330lbs and have had the chair about 6 months i definetly recommend it for the price

The chair is pretty sturdy but it sort of feels front heavy where if you were to sit on the edge of the chair it will flip down

The cushion failed to work after two weeks and the manufacturer promptly sent me a replacement so a to the manufacturerseller

Edited to add i have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because the company contacted me and replaced the broken wheels quickly and were super helpful

Only issues are the arms are wobbly from the initial assembly and the bottom cushion is harder than i had hoped
