    We tried yogurt which theoretically should work but i think we ruined it through operator error i dont fault the dorkfood for it

    I think that is because the size allows the heated water to circulate more freely through regular ol physics this controller does not have a circulator

    I purchased this item thinking that i would try the cooking technique and if i liked it that i would eventually upgrade to a dedicated sousvide cooker
