Pros
The dorcy flashlight is a better value and all things considered the one i would recommend and buy again. Well made - brightly colored/easy to find. The battery life for us is much much longer than 8 hours.
Th9s is a great flashlight. Purchased last christmas for my kids stockings. Also the clip is great! Great flashlight.
Both flashlights are waterproof, float and work well when submerged in water.
Cons
Dorcy uses very cheap components, and it's not uncommon for their led flashlights to become erratic. This leads me to the conclusion that the on-off switch is defectiveand needs to be redesigned and replaced. Clicked it on, clicked it off,.

These are probably old stock as the included zinc oxide batteries expire in a few years while new alkalines are good for 10
